We continue to build and maintain a seamless operation with management, associates, and all departments working their utmost in supporting our business activities — providing “on-time” and quality service to all our clients.

Design

Theme & layout

The Design team owns theme direction, event layout, décor, customized special effects, ice sculptures, and interactive games and inflatables — drawing everything to your specific venue and guest experience.

Consulting

Planning & PR

Our Consulting team handles pre-event consultation, destination management, themed events, event marketing and public relations, sponsorship design and wedding planning — the strategy and coordination behind every engagement.

Production

Vendors & experience

Production manages invitations, caterers, entertainment, décor, floral treatments, rentals and on-site event staff — the operational machine that turns design into a delivered event.

Largest SWFL inventory

Rentals team stewards the largest tent and canopy inventory in Southwest Florida — plus tables, chairs, tabletop, staging, lighting, pipe-and-drape, bars, climate control and every other category we stock.

Expert install team

Our expert event installation team handles on-time delivery and breakdown, keeps a 24-hour on-call staff, maintains a professional appearance, and is fully licensed and insured.

Event-day staff are in radio contact with one another on-site, coordinating every aspect of the event so transitions happen on cue and problems are solved before you’d notice them.

Consulting → Design handoff

Consulting prepares a written review of the meeting, then hands off to Design, which begins the outline of a plan tailored to your successful event.

Step 4 · Present

Design presents recommendations

A second meeting where Design and Consulting jointly confirm and hone our ideas together, then present recommendations for the overall design, rentals, services and timeline.

Step 5 · Coordinate

Production takes over

Once the design is locked, Production contracts all suppliers, coordinates pre-event meetings with Installation, supervises setup and does final confirmations on every detail.

Step 6 · Event day

Installation & On-site

Installation has the venue ready ahead of event day. On-site Staff take over for the event itself — radio-coordinated, professional appearance, coordinating every aspect while you enjoy the event.

Step 7 · Wrap

Operations closes it out

When the event has ended, Installation handles cleanup, Operations pays the suppliers and takes care of the venue, and Consulting schedules a post-event analysis to help plan next year.

Every engagement starts with a Consulting lead who stays with you from the first meeting through the post-event review. When the project moves into Design, Production or Installation, the relevant department joins — but your Consulting lead remains the single point of contact you can always call or email.

Our installation and on-site event crews are our own employees — not subcontracted labor. That's how we maintain professional appearance, on-time delivery, 24-hour on-call availability and consistent quality across every event.

Yes. Our installation team is fully licensed and insured. We can share current insurance certificates with your venue, planner or HR team on request.

Our Fort Myers showroom is open Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. For event-week and event-day needs we keep a 24-hour on-call staff — call 800-421-2393 (toll-free) or 239-768-6393 (local). Summer hours (July 1 through September 30) keep the showroom closed weekends.

Creative Events has one Fort Myers location at 12090 Metro Parkway. From there, the team serves Marco Island north to Sarasota and from the islands inland to Clewiston. Toll-free 800-421-2393 reaches the team.

Yes — we welcome showroom visits during business hours for clients planning events. You can walk the tabletop library, see tent swatches, review linen samples and meet the Design team in person. Give us a call ahead so we can set aside a consultant.
